Here's how our valet delivery service works:

Convenient Schedules

We offer two types of services; choose the one that is convenient for you.

1. TWICE-A-WEEK DELIVERY
Our Clothes Clinic Representative will stop by your home twice a week. If you have garments to be cleaned, we'll pick up your bag and return your clothes on your next scheduled service day, professionally cleaned and ready to wear. Our delivery schedule depends on the area; Please call 800-560-0677 to find out the scheduled days for your area.

If we Pick Up on MONDAY, your garments will be returned on THURSDAY.

If we Pick Up on TUESDAY, your garments will be returned on FRIDAY.

If we Pick Up on WEDNESDAY, your garments will be returned on SATURDAY.

2. PICK UP & DELIVERY ON DEMAND
If you do not require weekly service, just call us to schedule a pick-up, and we will be there on the scheduled day for your area. Just call 800-560-0677.

Personal Garment Care

You will be assigned a Personal Garment Care Representative, who will be available to answer any of your questions at 800-560-0677. Your assigned representative will always be there to answer questions, resolve issues, or listen to your concerns.

Home or Not

Whether you are home or not, just designate an area with our sales representatives and they will take care of everything…..ie. supply decorative hooks or whatever necessary to meet your needs. Pick-up and drop-off will be serviced at the designated area. It is advisable you choose a weather-sheltered area. Remember, there is no need to be home to use Clothes Clinic Valet.

Clothes Clinic Valet Bags

Once you register with Clothes Clinic Valet Delivery Service, your driver will supply you with Clothes Clinic laundry bags with your personal identification tags. Our driver will leave a bag for you each time he picks up your garments. If you do not have a Clothes Clinic Bag, just place your garments in a plastic bag and label it "Clothes Clinic Valet."

Accuracy of Orders

With each laundry bag, we will provide you with a carbon-copy garment checklist. Just check off what is in the bag and keep a copy for your records. If we find a discrepancy between what you have listed and what is actually in the bag, we will call you immediately.

Special Requests/Instructions

If you have special instructions, requests, or issues with a particular garment, simply leave us a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment and instructions. If you have any questions, simply call your Personal Garment Care Representative, who will be designated to your account, at 800-560-0677.

Convenient Payment Method

We will automatically charge your credit card for your cleaning and provide you with a receipt upon returning your clothes. There is no need to wait to pay.

Free Delivery

Clothes Clinic Valet does not charge a delivery fee. If we service your area, we will be happy to come to your home, no matter how small your order.

Frequent User Rewards Program

Our valet customers can participate in our Frequent User Rewards Program. Simply keep your ticket receipts, and once you accumulate $60.00 worth, simply turn them in for $5.00 OFF your next cleaning order.

Promotions and Coupons

Valet customers are welcome to use any of our Clothes Clinic Electronic Coupons found on our web site or any other promotions offered by Clothes Clinic.

Full-Service Drycleaners

All of our services are available through Home Delivery.
